Senator Davis, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                
Health, Education and Social Services Committee referral be waived                                                              
on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 213(JUD) "An Act relating to an                                                                        
aggravating factor at sentencing for crimes committed at, or affecting                                                          
persons or property at, certain shelters and facilities." Without                                                               
objection, the bill was referred to the Rules Committee.
